All products are available in 15' widths only unless Special Ordered with a minimum of 10,000 sq/ft.

All specifications are standard and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and material availability.

All putting green products that are being utilized as a chipping surface require the proper infill, as well as the required amount of infill. In accordance with industry standards, proper installation procedures must be followed.

LIB LITE is 46 oz. per sq/yd. of 6-ended polyethylene monofilament and 8-ended texturized nylon tufted at 1 3/4 inch pile ht. and having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard. Lib Lite is available in two colors of green, Field and dual color Fescue. LIB PRO is 69 oz. per sq/yd of 6-ended Polyethylene Monofilament/4400 denier Texturized Nylon, tufted at 1 3/4 inch pile ht. and having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard. Lib Pro is available in two colors of green, the solid color Field and dual color Fescue. ELITE is 90oz. of a combination of 6-ended Monofilament Polyethylene and 4400 denier 8-ended Texturized Nylon, tufted at 1 3/4 inch pile ht having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard. Elite is available in two colors of green, the solid color Field and dual color Fescue. XT 33 is 33 oz. per sq/yd of polyethylene parallel slit film tufted on 3/8 gauge with a pile height of 1 1/2 inch, and having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing with 20 oz. of urethane as the secondary coating. XT 52 is 52 oz. per sq/yd polyethylene parallel slit film tufted on 3/8 gauge with a pile height of 2 inches, and having a layer of 13 pic polybac, a layer of 18 pic polybac and a layer of action bac as the primary backing with 20 oz. of urethane as the secondary coating. PRO-TXT is 52 oz. per sq/yd. of a combination of polyethylene parallel slit film with texturized monofilament, tufted at a 2 pile height. Primary backing consists of three layers, two 13 pic polybacs and a polyester non-woven, with a 26 oz. urethane secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard on this product.

THE TEXTURIZED MONOFILAMENT IS MEANT TO ENTANGLE OR TRAP
the infill in place to help prevent spray or splash of the infill particles. Infill is required on PRO-TXT.

SO REAL is 54 oz. per sq/yd. of a combination of polyethylene monofilament with texturized monofilament, tufted at a 1 3/4 inch pile height. Primary backing consists of a layer of 13 pic poly bac and a layer of 18 pic polybac with a 20 oz. urethane secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard on this product.

SO REAL DESIGNER is 56 oz. per sq/yd. combination of a field green polyethylene monofilament and a field green texturized polyethylene / tan texturized nylon yarn tufted at a 1 3/4 pile height. Primary backing consists of a layer of 13 pic poly bac and a layer of 18 pic polybac with a 20 oz. urethane secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard on this product. This product is visually enhanced with the use of a brown thatch resembling dead grass. PGM  has a 1 1/4 inch pile height and 38 oz. per sq/yd of polypropylene fiber having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. PUTT PUTT is a 1 inch version of PGM. It is 36 oz. per sq/yd of polypropylene having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating . ULTRA TURF is 36 oz. per sq/yd of texturized nylon tufted at 7/16 inch pile ht having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and a rubberized secondary backing with action bac. MAJESTIC TURF is 48 oz. per sq/yd of texturized nylon, tufted at 3/4 inch pile ht having a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and a rubberized secondary backing with action bac. Standard color is Verde Green, other colors are available at an up charge, call for pricing. PP 60 is 60 oz per sq/yd of 100% monofilament polyethylene. One end is straight monofilament and the other end is texturized monofilament. This style is engineered for climates where an almost constant barrage of sunshine and UV rays require additional UV stability. PP60 has a 1 3/4 inch pile height and is tufted into a layer of 13 pic polybac and a layer of 18 pic polybac as the primary backing and 20 oz. urethane as the secondary coating. Perforations for drainage are standard. Available colors are Field Green and Fescue (Field / Olive).

EnviroCel backings are bio-based polymers made from domestically-grown soybeans These replace much of the petroleum-based polyols found in regular polyurethane backings. This decreases the use of imported petroleum based products and aids the U S in its efforts to limit the use of fossil based fuels. The EnviroCel system improves the dimensional stability and enhances the performance charateristics of the turf.

EnviroCel  is listed as an environmentally preferred product and can be submitted under GSA SIN 31-601. EnviroCel is stocked on five products but can be added to any product made by Turfstore.com. Stocked products are:
